About Fistok Computers

An independent Australian company specialising in the recycling, repair, refurbishment and resale of computers, servers and networking equipment.

Who we are

A workshop, a warehouse, and a straight answer

Fistok Computers exists because too much usable hardware gets thrown away. A machine that's slow, out of warranty or simply no longer wanted by one business is very often exactly what another needs — and the ones that really are finished still hold materials worth recovering.

So we built the business around both ends of that. We collect retiring IT from Australian organisations, destroy the data on it, repair and refurbish everything that can be saved, and dismantle the rest into clean material streams. The refurbished stock goes back into circulation through eBay and our trade buyers here and overseas.

We're independent and hands-on. Sorting, testing, repair and dismantling all happen in-house — which is why, when you ask what happened to a particular asset, we can actually tell you.

What drives us

The 3R principle, applied literally

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle isn't a slogan on our wall — it's the decision tree every incoming pallet goes through.

01 Reduce

Keep hardware in service longer. Repairs and upgrades that defer a replacement are the cheapest environmental win there is.

02 Reuse

Refurbish and resell anything with life left in it, so a working machine finds a second owner instead of a shredder.

03 Recycle

Recover the materials from what's genuinely finished, through licensed processors, with nothing sent to landfill.

How we operate

What you can expect from us

Quoted before it moves

You get a written price for the collection and, where there's resale value, what we'll pay you for the hardware. Agreed up front, not invoiced afterwards.

Pickup or drop-off

We collect from your site on a booked window, or you deliver to our warehouse — whichever fits your timeline better.

Documented end to end

Assets logged by serial at intake, destruction certificates for every drive, and a diversion report when the job closes.

A person, not a portal

You deal with someone who knows your account and answers the phone. Simple, and increasingly rare.

Reach

Local collection, global supply

We collect across our Australian service area and supply refurbished stock to buyers worldwide, shipping through Australia Post, FedEx and Aramex.

Got a storeroom full of old IT?

Tell us roughly what you have and where it is. We'll come back with a collection window and a quote — and if there's resale value in it, you'll see that too.
