The process

Book it. We quote it. We collect it.

Four steps, no surprises. Can't wait for a truck? Drop your gear to us instead — either way the price is agreed before anything moves.

1

You book

Call, email or use the form. Tell us the site, rough volume and access — photos help, but aren't required.

2

We quote the job

We price the collection and, where your hardware still has resale value, quote what we'll pay you for it. Written, and fixed.

3

Pickup or drop-off

Our team collects from your site on an agreed window — or you deliver to our warehouse, whichever suits you.

4

Wipe, sort, report

Assets logged by serial, drives destroyed, gear triaged for reuse or recycling. You get certificates and a diversion report.

Our operating principle

Everything we do runs on the 3R

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle — deliberately in that order. Recycling is the last resort, not the first move, because a working machine kept working beats any amount of shredding.

01 Reduce

We help clients hold off on replacing hardware that still has years in it — upgrades, RAM, SSD swaps and repairs that push out the purchase and cut the waste at the source.

02 Reuse

Anything that can be saved is repaired, tested, cleaned and resold as refurbished stock. One machine reused avoids the entire footprint of manufacturing a new one.

03 Recycle

What genuinely can't be reused is dismantled into clean streams — metals, plastics, circuit boards, batteries — and passed to licensed processors. Zero to landfill.

What we do

Three ways businesses use us

E-waste recycling

End-of-life hardware stripped to component streams and sent to licensed downstream processors. Nothing goes to landfill.

Where the stock goes

We sell on eBay — and ship worldwide

Most of our refurbished stock is listed on eBay.com.au, where buyers can see exactly what they're getting, with photos, grading and buyer protection. Trade and wholesale buyers deal with us directly, in Australia and internationally.

We ship over 50 machines overseas every day — laptops, desktops, servers and networking hardware going out to buyers around the world, every working day of the year.

Our selling channels

ebay Our eBay store Direct wholesale International export

Courier partners

Australia Post FedEx Aramex

Australia Post covers most domestic orders. FedEx and Aramex handle international and express freight, with tracking supplied on every consignment.

Graded & photographed

Every listing shows real photos of the actual unit, its specification and an honest condition grade. No stock images, no surprises.

Tested before it ships

Hardware is bench-tested, cleaned and where relevant given a fresh operating system install before it goes anywhere near a box.

Packed for the distance

Domestic or international, items are packed to survive the trip. Bulk orders go out palletised with a full manifest.

Why Fistok

Independent, hands-on, and Australian

We're not a broker passing your pallets to someone else. Sorting, testing, repair and dismantling all happen in-house, which is why we can tell you exactly what happened to each asset.

  • Full chain of custody. Logged at pickup, tracked through processing, reported at the end.
  • Reuse before recycling. Working hardware gets repaired, not shredded.
  • Rebates where there's value. If your fleet still has resale worth, you share in it.
  • One point of contact. A real person who knows your account, not a ticket queue.
Common questions

Before you book

How does a booking actually work?
You contact us with what you have and where. We quote the job — collection cost, and any payment due to you for resaleable hardware. Once you accept, we schedule a pickup window, or you drop the goods to our warehouse if that's easier.
Do I have to wait for a pickup?
No. Deliveries to us are welcome during business hours. Let us know roughly when you're coming so someone is on the dock to receive and log the goods.
What happens to the data on our drives?
Drives are either wiped to a recognised erasure standard or physically destroyed, depending on their condition and your preference. Either way you receive a certificate listing every serial number handled.
Where can I buy your refurbished gear?
Our retail stock is listed on eBay.com.au. For bulk, wholesale or export quantities, contact us directly and we'll send current availability and grading.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide using FedEx and Aramex, with Australia Post covering most domestic orders. Every consignment is tracked, and bulk shipments go out with a full manifest.
Do you take non-computer e-waste?
We specialise in IT and networking hardware. Printers, UPS units, cabling and batteries are generally fine. Whitegoods and televisions are outside what we process — ask and we'll point you somewhere appropriate.

Got a storeroom full of old IT?

Tell us roughly what you have and where it is. We'll come back with a collection window and a quote — and if there's resale value in it, you'll see that too.
